Be sure to check that YouTube hasn't automatically enabled Restricted Mode for you. Restricted Mode hides "potentially mature" content from your feed, so you may not even be aware of the videos you're missing from your subscribed channels.
To find it on desktop mode, click your profile picture and on the menu that pops up you'll find the Restricted Mode option further down.
Since August, YouTube has enabled all sorts of behind the scenes changes leading to drastic drops in viewership and just a lot of confusion over what a channel is allowed to do to keep videos visible. I hope this helps in some way. I'm just trying to get by but YT keeps making it harder for no good reason.
