Every since his debut back on March 22, 2005 I have had the minor character of Yellow Church burnt in the back of my mind. As it was always such a interesting joke that required to years worth of set up and the punchline was pretty solid for it's time. Yet looking back on it now, the logic behind Yellow Church doesn't really work with everything we've seen so far. So I did a LOT of digging and strung together a theory based on the evidence presented in the series on who, or more accurately, WHAT Yellow Church is?
