If ya ever get sick of the hassling, I'm more than happy to do voiceovers for a few scripts a week, at no cost of course.

Ai has its ups and downs. Not everyone wants to expose their voice or pay for commissions. I'm a digital artist, but I agree you are using ai in a correct manner and that it serves beyond just music. Plus not only is the music you make nice to listen to, it's still human poetry with a very important message this entire community agrees on.

I'm fine with AI. I use it to create characters for my film & tv project pitch decks.

People who hate on AI are the equivalent to old people hating video games.

I think you’ve posted at least one video with your voice and it was great. You were venting and commenting on gross dog videos

Everyone who is slagging on AI being used for music needs to listen to this episode of Plain English with Derek Thompson. I listened to it when it came out in March, and it was both informative and fascinating: https://podcasts.apple.com/no/podcast/how-ai-could-change-the-future-of-music/id1594471023?i=1000697618674&l=nb AI is nothing but a tool that is not inherently good or bad. In many industries, it's been a complete game changer, including for musicians. AI isn't going to create talent or skill where none already exists, BTW; that's not how it works. I think the AI voice narration, especially with the ones you've been paying to use, is great. I know you've used it to narrate some of the comments I've left, and it sure sounds better than my own voice! 😂. People whining about that are just using it as a weak-assed distraction and no one takes them seriously

AI is just another thing for people to hate. They can't be miserable enough, there's always room for more.

I don't want to read dismissive comments about my use of AI, either for songs or narration. E.g. that it's 'bad for the environment' or that it's 'unoriginal' or somehow 'cowardly' or some bullshit.
1. I may use AI to convert what I write to speech. But unlike many others, I don't literally have it write entire videos for me. I use it as a tool. I never claimed to compose the AI music. Not even so much as drum programming. I do write the lyrics myself (AI is not currently sophisticated enough to write entire songs with coherent themes like that), obviously the vocals and instruments are AI-generated. It's no secret, lol. I've pointed this out myself, but it's quite obvious.
2. You're damaging the environment by living in contemporary society, stupid. If you use air conditioning, transportation, electricity and so on, you don't have zero carbon footprint. The last person who wrote their comment has a cat in their avatar and probably also owns at least one dog. Get the fuck out of here with that.
2a. Also, do you think if I (literally ONE person), stopped using AI, that everyone else would as well? Dream on. You don't even care about the environment, dog nutter.
3. Notice how these comments are never relevant to the actual discussion at hand. Just weak attempts to dismiss me and the work I'm doing.
