Capital controls are a real problem. But, circle is the only provider of dollar rails. This is actually a wake up call. If all your wealth and purchasing power is in one currency that you dont control then all your wealth and purchasing power is at the mercy of someone else. Dollars are a liability of the fed, we dont own them. Only bearer assets like BTC, physical gold and silver dont have a 3rd party to rely on. Dont let you wealth be dependent on a single point of failure.
