I know it’s been a while since I’ve uploaded regular content, but I’m excited to announce that after a challenging six months of career uncertainty, the light at the end of the tunnel is finally shining through! I’ve landed a new job that starts in just a few days. The company I’ll be working for has been around for a long time and operates in a completely different industry (NOT consulting, like my previous job). It offers a much more stable work environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. For privacy reasons, I won’t be disclosing any details about where I’ll be working, which company I’ll be with, or what position I’ll hold.
Don’t worry—I’m not quitting YouTube! I’ve got a ton of content in my backlog. In fact, I recently took a trip along the East Coast, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. I filmed a lot, and one of those videos is going to be like nothing you’ve seen before.
That said, once my new job starts, I’ll need a little time to adjust to this new chapter in my career and lifestyle. Once everything is settled, I’ll dive into editing the backlog and put together a posting schedule (likely by day of the week or something similar).
I’m also planning to switch to new movie editing software since the ones I’ve been using have been a bit tedious and challenging in some areas. I might even tweak my intro and outro slightly. If you have any suggestions for editing software that can be used on either an iPhone or Windows PC, and is more feature-rich than iMovie or Windows Photos Movie Editor, feel free to drop them in the comments below!
Thanks so much for your continued support, and stay tuned for more updates.
