I can't see myself being a manager, let alone running any company. Hearing about management makes me want to throw up (mainly thanks to my university, but that's a long story). Also, I think it would require sacrificing a huge amount of free time that you would get if you were just a "regular employee", plus there's a lot of stress, especially if you spend your savings to start the business. You can call me lazy or coward, I just prefer to have a decent work/life balance, even if it means earning less money.
