You’ll learn how to remove blocks and consciously create who you’d prefer to be, starting at the most fundamental stage: your vibration/energy/frequency. You’ll learn how to interpret energy, translate and move energy. You’ll learn how to identify energetic, toxic chords and release them for good. Work with your spirit guides, healing masters, psychic surgeons, angels and archangels. You’ll connect with earth/Gaia and cosmic/divine/source energy. We will be exploring the original 7 chakras as well as the 5 expanded chakras, aura, grounding cord, creative rings, Akashic records and much more!
After an introduction period, each class entails group guided meditations where you can jump right in and start working! You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions. And at the end of each class, we’ll end with energetic separations, so you can leave whole and unattached--a powerful tool in and of it's own!
All classes are recorded and if you purchase a single class you will have access to the video.
