The same problem happened to me back in February after my channel was terminated and I was reuploading some of my videos after my termination(I got terminated on February 6, 2024 because I got strikes so fast) but YouTube kinda stopped the upload and I had to wait 2 months(From February to April) to upload again(I’m going back to uploading next week because I am gonna reapply access for advanced features)(When I reapply for access to Advanced Features it means I can Create more live streams daily, Upload more videos daily, Create more Shorts daily, Embed live streams.
