Former service member here. My ex used my experience in combat as a weapon to try and take my children away from me. Claiming that I had severe PTSD and that I was unable to properly handle my day to day life. Since then, she has become homeless and is living in her vehicle with my son who drank the cool aid. My daughter is with me and my wife now full time. She wants nothing to do with her biological mother. Fathers are the only people who get attacked so harshly. It’s completely unfair but that is just another fight that we take with pride. Never surrender.

Ephesians 6:12 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Family court is the Wild Wild West, if any system needs an overhaul, it’s that one.

Hey Mike, first off thank you for your service in the armed forces. Second yes I have experience being victimized by the department of child protection services unjustly. They attacked me and destroyed the family unit. They broke the law, they manipulated the law, and undermined the systems integrity for use as a weapon. It’s awful but unfortunately it’s about who you know and not who you actually are.

I work for DCFS. I've been trying to get anyone to listen to what's going on with kids who are removed from parents. Multiple states are keeping kids in office buildings. No access to a kitchen, laundry or showers. They are taken to other locations 3x/ week to shower. Workers are giving kids psychotropic meds & insulin. Kids are sleeping on air mattresses on the floor. What's worse is so many of these kids were removed for TRUANCY. if you have someone who will get this info out. I'll give them everything I have to expose the rot. I went to DCFS to help kids, not to harm them

Oh boy do I have a story to tell about a father and his two children and what a bitter mother can do

As a single father who’s faced false allegations it is the single most disgusting thing another parent can do. Stay strong. The light will shine on the darkness

Same in Australia. Fathers are totally walked on by the family courts. Satanic.

I've been a single father for 11 years and have been attacked from every angle for a decade. It didn't help that I homeschooled an refuse the jabbies. God has taken care of us and kept us safe but we're definitely pulled into some scary dark places and even close family trying to take my child instead of asking to lend a hand. Been remarried for 4 years now child is almost 16 and he is an amazing person. If you're in this situation I can tell you God can help.

My experience has been to NOT use lawyers. They talk a great game and sell out the moment they are paid. I have represented myself in multiple family, civil, and criminal ( falsely accused) courts and won in every single case. NO ONE will fight for you and yours like you will. Educate yourself as needed, do your research, gather your evidence and make your case. Once the law or an ex comes for you, you have one true friend, yourself.

I have first hand experience of these programs fighting against fathers and doing whatever they can to let the mom keep the child, no matter if the father is better for said child. Even if the father has filed complaints to CPS over beating said child has gotten from the mother that left the child black and blue. They just turned their head and closed the case before ever doing an investigation.

My kids mom married a cop who was the bailiff for our custody court.. He and the judge were colleagues.. They got my son, then they divorced two years later! He currently lives with her parents! I'm never giving up but the time passes away forever... Non of us will ever get those days back.. God help us

I’m still flabbergasted by how many of the fellow SF/SOF/Mil sphere immediately threw you under the bus. Straight to personal insults on your attitude and your training. There’s even a group of SF/SEALs that all they do is have joint gripe sessions about who is bad in their community. As to the legal system and CPS. It’s a broken system. Kids that should be removed aren’t because of biases towards mom/against dads, often legally. Or kids that shouldn’t are. There’s not enough case workers, so they are overwhelmed, many become cold and indifferent, others want their own political views to prevail, especially if they hate men or guns. Same in child support cases. I actually saw a child support enforcement officer tell our local judge she wouldn’t make the mother pay up. Both kids had lived with dad for 2.5 years and she wanted more money. Judge said mom pays since he had them, woman said “women should never pay.” It took a threat of contempt to get her to do it.

Early 2000's I went through hell on earth. I never stopped the fight against the crooked system or the injustice. I won full custody in 2016.

Mike G.
A war is being waged. It’s not just DCFS/CPS it’s every gov. institution where maligned and broken people are running the “justice” systems. The systems in charge of taking children from homes.
At any given time 400k kids in this country are in foster care. The war on families, on fathers, on liberties is being fought and often lost.
Do you have any experience with this?
