Pc power consumption is heavily related to heat generated and under voltage when PSU aging which will kill my PC slowly. I just want my components live longer, it’s not just about the electrical bills.

I'm not doing anything intensive a lot of the time so it doesn't matter. My main use for the PC shifted to college stuff which isn't exactly the heaviest of loads and playing less intensive games that don't push my hardware to the limits. The GPU power mattered when I was buying it because used RX 6600 was at about the same price as the RX 5700XT at about half the power draw (and 5700XT is about 10% better at most from what I've seen) which meant I could get away with a weaker PSU and less heat from the card
