At this time, I don’t can anything. I’m afraid of the pressure canner. I am more comfortable with water-bath canning method, just haven’t done it yet. My dehydrated stuff is not used much. But if I need it, I have it. I mostly depend on my garden (which is winding down) and store bought canned & boxed foods.
