Most founders don’t fail because of one big mistake, it’s the dozens of small ones that quietly compound until the business can’t keep up.

Legal blind spots, financial slip-ups, the wrong hire, poorly structured operations… I’ve done it all.

The difference is I turned those lessons into the systems that helped me scale past $850M in sales.

We just dropped a full breakdown of the exact mistakes that quietly kill most ecom businesses (and how to avoid them before they cost you everything).

My biggest mistakes in entrepreneurship is really biting off more than I can chew. And my excuse is always that they all vertically integrated so its makes sense long-term but as of now I have no cashflow, a burning wallet and overwhelming amounts of work to do.

I see a lot of your content, and I have been thinking about why it doesn't seem to get any traction. I think that while your big 850million dollar numbers give you a lot of credit in the business world, for us wage slave normies it's just too hard to relate to. I want to know "how to make 100 dollars in your garage". Something small enough that makes me think, hey, maybe i could do that.
