Have you experimented with vinyl wrapping the foam board essentially mimicking mdf or particle board? I’m curious about the increased rigidity and flexibility ?

Haters are small minded people expressing their jealousy as they lack creativity and ability themselves. But most of all thanks so much for taking time to video and upload all the awesome information. I’m recently retired and just starting to pencil up some plans for a very lightweight stand-up camping trailer we can pull with a Honda CRV. I’ve pretty much decided to use 2” foam for the exterior build. So now my thoughts are why not 1” foam for the interior bones. Thanks again for your hard work putting out the many very helpful videos. Mike Wichita.

Love, Love, Love the videos! In fact you’ve given me the courage to build a foamie square drop trailer. Would you be open to answering a few questions ‘off-line’? Having some trouble bending 2” XPS and a few others.
