So this situation all started off with a neon parrot I posted a video not to long ago “making a mega sloth” on adopt me and this person commented and said “ fr parrot for your mega neon sloth” I had some time to think I went on their YouTube channel and they posted a video showing their adopt me inventory and they showed 2 parrots one neon fr and one ride parrot so I commented and asking if they’re offering a neon parrot for my mega sloth and they replied with “yes the neon fr parrot for your mega sloth” I quickly decided I couldn’t turn down this offer so I agreed they linked their Roblox account on the comment section on their video so I pressed on the link and it showed me their account so I pressed friend request and it led me to safari to log onto my account so I thought okay this should be simple but i decided not to do that anymore and try and just find their account on Roblox search list on my account but on safari it said it would send a notification to my account to ask if could log onto safari so when I went on my Roblox account on the app it sent me a notification saying “are you trying to log onto another device?” (Deny) (allow) and since I decided to change the plans I pressed deny and not do that because I honestly didn’t understand what that meant “log onto a different device?” I didn’t know what would happen if I pressed allow so I just pressed deny and thought that wouldn’t do anything after that but right after I got another notification saying “we think someone is trying to log onto your account and they know your password do you wanna change your password?” (Deny) (allow) I knew that person trying to log onto my account was me so I just pressed deny again because there was no need to change my password if that was person was me just trying to log onto to my account on safari so right after five minutes roblox logged me out out of nowhere I though “oh easy fix.. just lag I guess?” *puts in password* “why doesn’t it work??” and At that this time it was the morning so most of my family was asleep and I never though any of it because I thought pressing deny would just stop it but.. once my dad woke up he explained something and I realized I may of made a mistake pressing adeny and after that we tried and tried and I thought I lost my account for good and we emailed Roblox but.. for some reason my email wasn’t attached to my account or number but I remember specifically it was I didn’t have a number attached but I had a email I remember scrolling pass it on account info through out the years I don’t understand why all of a sudden my email wouldn’t be attached because if it wasn’t then I wouldn’t have this account I was confused.
So that is what happend I tried to explain it in very good detail I hope you can write this all down
