CHALLENGE COMPLETED:MY PROGRESS:- I did 9 days Lying Leg Raises(L.L.R) from 1 march to 9th March Did no exercise or L.L.R ON 10th March Did Exercise from 11th till 31st March accept rest days on Sunday's I Walk daily 6 thousands steps from 11th till 31st March accept rest on Sunday's and 5 thousand's steps only on 28th March Did meditation everyday (2 months continuous streak) And did almost 20 days this month 10 minutes meditation

My weight is near 85 kg, BMI 28.4% near the overweight bar. I stopped playing cricket a long ago, never into sports and even though I missed January and February challenge. But today I did meditation but while doing the lying excersize I couldn't do after 35. Ik this isn't enough but it's just a start. Ik my physique isn't like many others in this channel and my stamina is also low but I really want to change.
