I looked deeper into this case and it was determined young Williams was suffocated to death after days of being bound by his wrists and ankles with bruises in different states of healing all over his body. He was discovered on the bed of an inmate who has been investigated for 9 other assaults yet never written up or charged and he was not charged in the case of Daniel Williams death either. Sounds like some serious neglect on the part of the officers working at this prison. The fact this young man was held against his will for days and beaten, most likely raped repeatedly tells you something is wrong...what's happened at head count ? How did they account for Daniel Williams?? Surely he wasn't in his bunk. The Warden needs to be held accountable. No one and no family should have to suffer the way the Williams family is suffering. It's shocking that no one is being held accountable!!
