I'm not familiar with but I play casually, so far its the trilogy No Scape/Nonary Game that i still have to beat, since I casually play I get some long time breaks n forget the story or what I was doing, I also have the Danganronpa trilogy, Ace Attorney n Higurashi, they all good but I can't say its a genre I like at all, its a complicated relationship, I'm still a RPG player at core no matter what, but now about eroge I barely played any but I'm attracted to mentally unstable girls

I don't know if you can call it a visual novel or not, because it has so many things that it could be called a RPG/book that you are the hero/ Visual Novel (Since its mostly about reading) The game in question is Disco Elysium, and is arguably in the top 10 of RPG's in a long LONG time.
