Thank you for the Inspirational and Encouraging Statements.. Cardio and Arm workouts have been on my routine, which I'm doing every other day.. I've added 1-lb wrist weights to my regimen when working out to your SLIM & TONED ARM w/o (3x/week)... Thank You for All You Do!! 😊

I stumbled upon your channel when I was looking for at home workouts. I started working out for 14 days and quit. Not because I didn’t wanna grind but because I am going through financial difficulties beyond repair it feels. I quit only because abs are made in the kitchen and I do not have food. I’m extremely poor. It’s extremely hard to get a job right now as well. so it’s hard to lose weight without the right nutrition. I had to come and say something because I often feel alone so I came to this community just to vent.
