I absolutely hate recency bias. Keanu did the Matrix and John Wick. And The Matrix is not truly an "action movie". It's a sci-fi movie with action elements. Statham IS STRICTLY an ACTION MOVIE STAR. It's no question the answer is Jason Statham.
