I voted Lute because I know she wouldn’t f*ck around with posturing or speeches, she’d slice Vox in half and that would be it. Vox only wins if he has enough time to raise his public approval rating and we all know Lute isn’t gonna listen to him for a second longer than she has to. If the characters act in-character, Lute wins 100%

Unless Vox has the Holy Cannon or somehow has an angelic weapon, he can't harm lute even if he was the strongest sinner in hell but if we pair both of their base abilities then vox just can't hurt lute
