Here in the Denver Metro Area, we have a growing number of people that are so poorly educated, they’re buying Suburbans, BMW’s, Mercedes, etc. Then driving around with expired temporary plates, or no license plates at all, because they didn’t figure in the cost of registering, and in some cases insuring those more expensive automobiles.
