I love how half these answers are genuine attempts to help and the other half is troll answers. Zeducation's audience is the best.

*in the most condescending IT support voice* Have you tried rebooting it?

I am but a humble lay-techperson and have no advice, but I can assure you we'll be here when these troubles are overcome.

If you’ve purchased and installed new appliances such as washers and/or dryers, or even a/c, or refrigerator units with Wi-Fi connections, they could be interfering with your router. Try turning off any new Wi-Fi enabled devices and start again. This would also include doorbell cameras, or cctv equipment.

Check speedtest site on multiple devices that connect to the same router. If their speed difference is huge it's something within the devices that are slow. Otherwise you have general connections issues from the router. Perhaps taking router down for like a minute refreshes things on the network to your provider and that might help. If that all fails and every device remains slow you want to get in touch with provider desk and have them do a line test to see if there is any interference there.

Been looking all over for your book finally found it and it was the last one but unfortunately I had to put it back because we where on the hunt for something my daughter needed more than I needed the book so hopefully in a few days I can go get if it’s were I left it. In the store. Kind of pissed I couldn’t get but I have been looking for that book everywhere. You should see if you can get it on some of the bases. I live just up the road from Randolph Air Force base down here in Texas .

I suggest having your ISP come out and check the lines and see if there's a physical issue. If rebooting your modem and router doesn't fix it.

when it comes to your local wifi disconnect all other devices on that wifi. In each device, there sould be a place where you can select a wifi - connect/disconnect. Restart your computer after other devices are disconnected from the wifi. go specifically to the site and try uploading again.

Yea I would reset your modem and see if it gets better. Likely your ISP is overcrowded or having an issue on their end.

The only thing I know how to do is shut it off and turn it back on again.😅

Sorry for the delay on the bonus video! I've been having tech issues all morning. Do any tech people know to troubleshoot a low upload speed? It's normally around 20 mbps but right now it's less than 1 mbps, which means it'll take three hours to upload an 11 minute video... I've tried some standard troubleshooting, but I'm open to suggestions! In the meantime, I'm off to find some public wifi so I can upload this video!
**UPDATE: Bruegger's came through with the fast WiFi! Enjoy the video!
