If you're sat, maybe edit bits in with the narrative if need be but it's all good informative material

It depends on the topic. Your video about poverty in Cambodia was mostly talking head interspersed with photo stills, it broke up it being all you talking, and yet did not distract from the topic. I feel this worked well. I enjoyed your moto tour to your partners relatives, which, being mostly about the travel and the visit, worked well.
