Charmy honestly has a very well thought out design that I don’t think people give Naoto Ohshima and Nobuhiko Honda enough credit for. 1) first he has goggles which already lets you know he’s a flyer and is also probably skillful and fast at it. 2) safety vest and helmet to represent a more childish and boyish nature. This lets you know that he lives on the edge and may need the extra safety unlike other male Sonic characters. It’s such a perfect Sonic character design, without being in your face to much.

Both candidates are really well designed from Charmy Bee to Sticks the Wildcard, but if anything, I'm going to have to give this one to Sticks the jungle badger for ideal characteristics.
