5 Simple Self-Care Hacks I love!
1. Create new workout habits- I have been in to HIIT training and it is the most refreshing thing for my body and soul. If working out is new to you- start with a 20-30 minute walk around your local streets! this is so much fun

2. Limit screen time
Taking some time off social – or anything with a screen – to just BE always ends up feeling so good. I limit myself to 1 hour phone screen time and try to just use it for work. No scrolling- this has helped me SO much

3.Wake up a little earlier! This is gold for my productivity. I get 4-5 hours worth of work done in the 1-2 hours I wake up early. I find it the perfect time to work out or edit my videos.

4. Drink hot water : This FREE DRINK helps relieve congestion, improve digestion and circulation, decrease anxiety and stress levels and aid the body’s detoxification systems. For an extra health booth (and a dose of vitamin C), add a slice of lemon to your water!

5. Stretch before bed/Bath: Stretching is a natural sleep remedy; it can help you fall asleep faster and improve sleep quality. Getting in touch with your body by stretching helps to refocus your attention on your breath and body rather than the stressors of the day. Try stretching before bed to relax, unwind and rejuvenate the body. I find a hot bath to help do the same thing.
