What kind of paint benefits from curing at such a high temperature ? I haven't seen that on the instructions of the spray can before

What do you first place the object on to be sprayed, paper? Then transfer to the tile?

have you checked that the paint solvents are safe for the materials inside the printer?

Does it help speed up that awful gummy state spray paint stays in seemingly forever? I’m considering investing in a HFT HVLP gun and a gallon jug of industrial 2k machine paint just to have a hard surface on my paint projects.

You want a real mind bender, take a freshly painted part with Rust-Oleum Farm Implement paint.. which is gummy, and horribly slow frying like the old school lead based paints of the 1970's on back... But, put the freshly painted part in the fridge or freezer... Every now and again, they paint will not kick off releasing the solvent, and will sit there tacky for two to 4 days, even tried to bake it, heat lamps, and would give the illusion that it was trying to flash off, but, once back down to room temp, tacky again.. but, once you throw the tacky part in the cold or outside winter temps, like 25°F to 45°F.. with in 20 mins, it is dry to the touch.. and then, in 12 to 24 hours, it is 90% solidified or gased out . I assume it is the pours are opened up on the very top skin surface, and that allows the solvent to be released? I don't know. Please note, unlikely made this Rust-Oleum sound horrible, it is not, it leaves a fantastic finish especially if you are spraying through your own spraygun, stepped on a little bit more then what the recipe typically calls for on mix ratio.. add just a hint more reducer to get that glass look out of a single stage.. and wherever it has in it, I binds to the surface fantastically.

I use a ceramic tile and a 3d printer for curing painted parts. The tile has high heat capacity and keeps parts flat. I paint outside then bring inside to cure at 80*C. Handling time drops from 30 minutes to about 5 minutes
