Getting this off my chest :’) I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder a couple months back and the weird stuff I posted during the time period was all because of my manic episode. A lot of the content I posted around May was probably due to hypomania? I was having the time of my life but turns out it’s not healthy lol. After being hospitalized twice I kind of forgot how to do anything (that’s not fun) so I’m just gonna do whatever. I’m looking at bipolar memes on tumblr to cope. According to my manic notes I blamed the Korean government for my childhood trauma and believed I was possessed by Hamilton

Mental health isn't easy on a good day. I wish you the best. And if you don't take care of yourself, I won't be able to do anything because I'm just some guy on YouTube. But I WILL tell my dog and he WILL look sad.

Hey, I get you. I was diagnosed with a form of Bipolar sometime recently, last fall, my first semester of college. Long story short that place was very bad and brought out the worst of it, unfortunately not-so-good ideations of certain things, isolation, as well as weird periods of being hyper social ("I'm not worried about you anymore!"), anger, that stuff. Paranoid my loved ones (500+ miles away) were using me and sometimes, when I'd go to the old building to play piano at night, that bats were following me in the walls, and somebody following me in general. Whispers as I slept. It is kind of a scary place sometimes to be, not to mention beyond tiring to deal with the emotional fallout and difficulties. But, it def gets better. I'm on meds now that I honestly think have helped (me personally I'm on lamotrigine/lamictal, a mood stabilizer also sometimes used for seizures). First step is def diagnosis and learning more info on what you're dealing with, piecing things together. Happy you are now on a road to a better place though! You got this 🫡

With the people I’m friends with believing yourself to be possessed by Alexander Hamilton isn’t even something to bat an eye at Hope you feel better though!
