The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult. Students run back and forth, timed by a series of beeps, and their score is the number of laps they complete before they can no longer keep up with the pace. It's part of the larger FitnessGram assessment, which also includes measures of muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition
