The Flood from Halo invade the 40K Galaxy, who do you think wins?

@scottcairns7442

I think the better hypothetical is what would happen between the Tyranids and the flood should they meet.

@ElVonJiggle

Necrons and Chaos would dominate The Flood.

@dumpyplumpkin4461

Im pretty sure the minute nids were consume any flood biomass they would be instantly infected and that whole fleet would be wiped

@hambonepng1152

Lol people don't know how stupid op the flood is

@CORVUS-es1kv

It depends. If a few flood spores are released on a Hive planet, for example, then the 40k galaxy would have a better chance of at least containing it. If a full scale invasion fleet enters the galaxy, like the Tyranids did, then the galaxy is doomed. The only faction that could potentially cause them issues are the Necrons, although the Flood also have the logic plague which could be used against the them, especially the lower ranking ones.

The flood aren’t just these goofy zombie creatures from the game, that’s their most primitive early stage. The flood can infect through spores in the air. Once biomass is sufficiently high they can create varying levels of ultra powerful grave minds who rival and surpassed that of forerunner ai. At that point they actively took control of forerunner ai, vessels, machines, and warrior drones. They will put your infrastructure against you. The forerunners utterly got wiped by the flood and they’re vastly more powerful than anything in the 40k universe.

As a 40k lifer, when I got into the whole Halo back story I was just like "oh cool, they're like Nids but extra". Grave Mind is super cool, but stuff in 40k is just silly OP kind of as a joke. We've got literal gods, immortal robots that time travel at will, beings made of pure energy ect. In their universe, The Flood did stomp out a race that's on the level of say, prime Eldar. In 40k, said Eldar are going extinct because everything else is comically OP.

The Flood at their peak were able to crush planets, infect space time, and stop interstellar travel. In W40k, there are plenty of planets to infect, and that will help the Flood to evolve and adapt to the W40k galaxy. Unless the W40k galaxy puts aside their differences and unite to stop the Flood, then they would win. Though I do wonder if it's possible for the Flood to gain a warp god.

@Chipps.

Omg an infected space marine a whole battle barge can be turned into a GODAM grave mind

@Gsxr1k666

The flood is op in halo but come on man there’s literal demons and magic in 40k

@georgegobin1839

Just send Malum Caedo! The Flood doesn't stand a chance!🗿

@Neji4230

By 40k galaxy you mean a faction in particular or the whole of 40k (so Necrons, Chaos fucks, etc...). Coz it's it the whole of 40k, the flood would be managed fairly easily

@mikelopalo2562

1. Tyranids 2. I don’t think the flood have any hard counters to warpcraft 3. The power scaling between halo and 40K is a joke

@Darkness8536

THE EMPEROR.

It really depends on which flood stage. If it was like mac flood stage where they take control of galaxies, then I would say the flood as at that point, they have quantum physics on their side

@LAV-III

Depends on how quickly you can kill the flood before it can get into space.

Warhammer always got some 1 off stupid thing for a situation that never shows up again and they got the plot armor to use it

@wilfredwayne7139

I love Warhammer but 40k would need to unite for that to happen.

40k wins with the next one hard counter
