Might I suggest a new design- The Asylum. Where it can be just that- an asylum which can be utilized by larger groups for those in need.

It is genuinely baffling that earthships are not the standard used in 3rd world or disaster relief situations. If I ever get super rich I'm going to commission earthships to be made in places recovering from war or natural disasters.
