Dan Koe

Ever since I was young, I've always wanted to max out all of my stats.

I didn't just want to be fit and muscular, but multidimensionally jacked. All domains developed. Mind, body, spirit, relationships, money.

So, I created a model to reach your full potential.

I called it HUMAN 3.0.

Read about it here (there's also a prompt to find your metatype and create a life plan): letters.thedankoe.com/p/human-30-a-map-to-reach-th…

Integral Theory applied for the modern internet dweller. Love it! The sooner people learn about spiral dynamics and integral theory, the better. I remember when I read my first Ken Wilber book 6 years ago. I’m still re-reading and taking notes on “The Religion of Tomorrow”.

This has some good overlap with Kohlberg model : preconventional, conventional, post conventional. Good work mate.

The spiritual part progression doesnt seem linear. I would rather gauge in how much their belief contribute to their meaning of everyday life, starts with nihilist, believer, and devoted. Even an atheist have something to believe in even if its a physical thing, and it still gives them meaning.

This is great. I am also been developing a self-development system based on AQAL map and empowered by A.I. I think one of the true unfortunes of Kens work was that it arrived way earlier than A.I. Integral map is powerful, but i feel that the technological engine that really enables to use that map in a full scale in all its complexity just did'nt exist when Integral Institute was at its peak. So its up to us now to continue the work that Ken started and create new innovative ways how to apply A.I so Integral Theory could fullfill its true potential.
