Honestly, I don’t really care who wins, as both are probably my favourite Characters from Super (with Toppo close behind), but y’all sleeping on Kale fr fr. LSSJ Kale, Manga, was by far the most busted character in the Mangas Tournament of Power Saga, she took out the majority of the Tournament participants, she dragged tf outta Golden Frieza like he was nothing, same Golden Frieza who would’ve been comparable to a Blue Goku/Vegeta, she would’ve killed Golden Frieza if it wasn’t for Goku, whom was struggling to even keep up with her while in Blue, only getting a good hit in after complementing her power, which visibly confused her, Vados noting that “apparently this is her first time using her Full Power, if she completely loses control, this Tournament will be the least of our problems”, she absolutely dog walked Aniraza seconds after he was created, and was soo strong that her energy creating a massive shockwave, was strong enough to get both Blue Vegeta and Toppo on their arse, both being shocked by her raw power. I think she’s gonna give Fury Broly a good fight, be it Fury Broly against SSG Vegeta, or Fury Broly against SSB Goku.

It would be hard to say (Goku as a SSJB could do nothing against LSSJ Kale) and "Jiren" had to step in because Goku could do nothing against her. And SSJB Goku was handling "Ikari BROLY" until Broly went to his SSJ form's but fan's should also take into account that U6 Saiyan's evolve different then U7 Saiyan's. But i think i would have to lean this in Kal's favor because according to the (writing plot of Super U6 Saiyan's have more potential and their power intends to grow more rapidly then U7 Saiyan's ) and the fact that Caulifla and Kale where quickly pushing Goku up against the ropes in short succession. Not that I'm saying that Broly couldn't win there's just too many variables to declare Broly the absolute winner by default.
