The same project is on my bucket list! Great to see gardeners showing the way for others! 🙂❤

Hi Huw, I've just downloaded and signed up to substack and your my first Follow, your post is clear and very informative.. It makes every bit of sense to journaling your progress which can be easily revisited. I look forward to reading further as you post and discovering even more and new gardeners too, my interest just shot up many levels for what you do and what we can too. Thank you! 🙂🍃

Incredible transformation. Any thoughts on doing a video recapping the whole process over 30 months?

Awesome transformation... Question, do you have a video on how much space and plants you would need to be food self sufficient?

It’s amazing!!! Very inspiring. We are doing similar but with flowers and food. Looking forward to seeing what you do in phase 2!

Proof the entire planet can be healed over within a few short years by caring people who are willing to work. My transformation isn't quite as spectacular after 3 years, but there is progress. Might take a few extra years depending on conditions, but from what I've seen on video thru my research even a parking lot or a desert will turn green quickly if done right.

I have newly purchased land that’s a clean slate pretty much and can’t wait to decide what direction to take it. Soooo much work involved when it’s clay soil and weedy pasture. Look forward to seeing what that new platform is all about. 🤔

Was the old fence line the property line? Seems like the plowed field on the top of the image was up to the fence and now it isn’t. Hope that realization wasn’t too difficult to agree on.

It looks amazing 🤩. I am trying to do something similar here in south Spain, but it's so hot and dry here it's been difficult. I am still working on it though, I won't give up

Here's a 2.5 year transition from an empty field to my experimental permaculture project. There are a few changes that will be happening over the coming year, not only to this site, but to my YouTube channel. Now that I've spent over half my life on YouTube I am making some adjustments. I have joined Substack where I will be placing a lot of my focus as I gear up for phase 2 of this channel (coming August/September next year).
