If we're going past the original 10 line ups of each omnitrix, then Older Ben has this cause he already has access to younger Ben's aliens and has more experience in using them. If we're sticking to the original 10 for each then, it's still Older Ben albeit with Mid-Difficulty. The Recalibrated Omnitrix allows older Ben to switch Aliens even when transformed something that Younger Ben's Omnitrix can't. And even then let's all remember that Older Ben, detransformed a younger Ben in one of the Ultimate Alien episodes, but he's proven that he can do that since Alien Force like I mentioned above.

The Negatrix, because it has all of Ben Prime's aliens with the added bonus of shadow manipulation, and it's more inconspicuous because of its grey and black color, if you wore it in public most people wouldn't ask questions

I take it we're comparing the first 10 aliens from each playlist, right? If that's the case then it depends. None of the aliens from the recalibrated aliens could deal with Vilgax, yet Diamond Head dominated. Aaand then Diamond Head never had those powers again. There's also Green Matter which, despite not being a fighter, can sometimes find the solution when there seems to be none. Then there are Big Chill, Jetray, and Goop which could counter Diamond Head and couldn't be countered by any of the classics. I mean, in a 1v1 older Ben would defeat kid Ben at anytime, but if we talk about only the aliens and assume that both Ben fight perfectly, or at least as well as older Ben then I don't know. Is draw an option?
