What makes a habit holistic? ☀️

Holistic habits are the key to a fulfilling life! Often we tend to think of habits as something singular. For example, we say we want to sleep 8 hours a night, and think it's just about going to bed earlier or setting our alarm to an earlier time. But that's not how it works! 🌱 We need to take a look at the BIGGER PICTURE. This is where holistic habits come in. They are powerful because they take your entire life into account and factor in the 5 dimensions of you - your body, energy, emotions, mind and spirit.

This is how you're able to transform your life and make your habits stick LONG TERM; because you go DEEPER and don't actually start with the habit first. Instead, by looking at who you are, what you value and what your goals are; you get a clear picture of what habits you actually need to establish to create the life you desire and how they support every other aspect of your life; because nothing in life is compartmentalized!
