My go-to is raising my voice (not quite shouting), blaming the devs, and slamming my hand on my leg if I’m really pissed.

I do occasionally rage but I just say “damn it, I was stupid.” A really good way I learned to control my rage (I used to be way worse) was turning a failure into a compliment of the enemies that killed me. “Oh, good job guys.” Enemies are designed so dying by them means they achieved their purpose. I developed this trick playing FromSoftware games. I compliment big bosses rather than rage. It sounds silly but it’s a good trick.

I won't necessarily say "screaming" but I'll definitely get louder. I usually blame myself for losing but I'll definitely groan/curse in frustration in a louder tone, but nowhere near the point where I can be heard out of my room.

I used to smash my desk, scream and stuff but I've realized that raging isn't going to solve anything. If i feel frustrated and burnt out by a game, I just stop. If I have trouble with a particular section in a single player game, I stay calm and try to analyze just what am I exactly doing wrong. Most I do nowadays when I play a casual multiplayer game with friends like TF2, is just say a swear word or lightly punch my desk if a really bs stuff happens to me but I immediately laugh those off. Also like to go into half-serious rants with my friends when a player uses a particularly scummy tactic. I feel like sadly most people fall into this loophole of being burnt out by a game and not having fun anymore but they just still keep going for whatever reason. Don't be like that pls, take care of yourself.

I just sit quietly, stare at the screen and contemplate my life choices. Rare instances i'll say either damn or eff me sideways.

I used to be obese, depressed, addicted to nicotine, and a binge drinker. I put a lot of stock into video games and broke multiple controllers in rage/despair. Even broke my first Xbox One when I was drunk trying to beat Grim Matchstick the dragon on Cuphead. Honestly, I'm -really-ashamed of my behavior, but since then I've confronted and healed from the past trauma I was running from, improved my mental/spiritual health, lost 100lbs, quit smoking/drinking, and am addicted to exercise instead. Nowadays I appreciate games far more than I ever did and if I start to get frustrated I take a break and go do something productive. I'm not perfect, but life's much better this way.

Im gonna keep it 100 I used to rage hard. Pretty much like most people on this channel, though I've never broken anything. Eventually i realized that the dumb video game was heavily affecting my emotions. I didn't like that. Now if i get rekd i just switch games or play something else. I gave up playing rl and cod competitively for that reason and never looked back.

I usually moan for frustration, but my rages are not for videogames, just for people's incompetence

I use to rage hard back when I was playing PUBG. I screamed, bit my forearm, got up and walked out. My worst rage is when I threw my chair across the room, that was the moment I knew enough was enough and I had to clean up my act. Now anytime something in the game is about to tilt me into raging, I simply just stop and do something else.

From the 1 time hollow knight path of pain pushed me over the edge, I've got this. Step 1. Slam hand into desk. Step 2. Shout profanities. Step 3. Die I guess, I've never gotten that far.

I take a deep breath then use and channel that rage and energy on my game

In my competitive days , especially in FIFA i raged extrem hard... Controller were flying against walls etc. Looking back to that, it was dumb. Its good to when you have the ambition to win, but when you start breaking things and have no emtional control, you should take a few steps back from gaming and come back when you solved this problems. Getting upset is okay, but its not okay to destroy things and be a emotinal volcano

I think the worst rage I had was being on a 30 game lose streak in Smash. The last game I had I just lost elite smash. The dude reversed 3 stocked me within 3 minutes. I screamed, threw my hands up and accidentally shattered a light bulb.

I either leave and play a different game to relax me or go back and practice. It just depends on the game. After all it is just a game you either win or you lose. Just try to have fun

When I played cod I would be like "good shot man." and if I lost with a team I would be like "ggs"
