Gonna come out and say that, having watched every single Godzilla film to date including both Shin and Minus One, that Monsterverse Godzilla is still my favorite incarnation. As much as I loved the more serious and nuanced stories, at the end of the day, I'm still rooting for the Big Guy. Monsterverse is the first time in forever where it feels like Godzilla is actually the main character as opposed to a tangential conflict existing next to the main characters. Having been a fan for decades now, it's about time Godzilla is treated like the seasoned war vet that he is. Not to say I don't enjoy the deeper stuff or don't want to see more of it, but seeing my boy reign supreme as the proper King of the Monsters will always just feel right to me.

Ooh, that's a tough one. Monsterverse is for sure a lot more fun to watch, but Minus One is such a terrifyingly awesome force of nature that he's the first one I think of when I hear the name "Godzilla". Also Minus One holds the distinction of being the only movie I went to see in the theatre multiple times.

Shin is better then any Godzilla ever and will smoke everyone for his instant evolution is too unpredictable and fast

Monster verse is more fun. Humans are best in minus one. Shin really emphasizes the monster part but can be a lil boring to some cuz the MC’s are always in meetings but it’s also the point cuz they’re frustrated and the intent was the audience is supposed to get frustrated with them. Kinda just depends on what u like and if they specialize in it Action and world building: MV Drama: -1 Disaster/terror: Shin

All three Minus One Godzilla ain't a good guy just original Godzilla destroying anything/anyone out of spite. Shin is a tragic Godzilla Legendary is anti Godzilla

Mosterverse Godzilla is the best out of the three, however Minus One Godzilla definitely comes close.
