The last one will be excellent because nikhil has been there where we Indian boys are and we desperately want to transform ourself for good.

Honestly? All of them. I've found myself rewatching your old videos and rediscovering more gems, and it's crazy to me how actually underrated you are. The only self development channel I watch on YT. Absolute gold. Would happily watch max looking for Indian guys even tho not being one myself . Always a good day when you upload, Cap! Much love 💜

I feel like living like a marathoner will be the hardest and most entertaining, coming from a distance runner

@LimitlessLegends

The 4th one. But the sad thing is it doesn't have the most votes :(

Honestly the marathoner topic sounds interesting but I chose "Quitting Sugar for 30 Days" just because it sounds better as a title

@vitorsalles5919

Literally 3 almost superhuman options and people pick "quitting sugar" bruh 💀

@pcharl01

I chose a marathoner because I lived the no sugar life when I was younger (but fell to the same issues that many Biggest Loser participants succumbed to in their lives). I'm not Indian so I wouldn't be invested. The 10% body fat would be beneficial but I can deduce many of the points made.

As someone who did quit sugar for 30 days, it's really not life changing lmao. Just worry about consuming sugar again afterwards cuz having some did wreck my stomach

@RareAirTwo4

Living like a marathoner would be a great video, to show the masses the dedication and consistency it takes to be great. That type of mindset can be applied to many different realms.

I would like to see a no BS looksmaxxing guide.I have some idea of it. But most of it is from weird YouTube videos with a lot of cookiecutter bs.

Sugar is fuel to the brain. The title sounds appealing but sugar itself isn't bad. It is about quality, quantity and how you use it. Rip for getting to 10% body fat. 🤣

Looks maxing for Indian guys: honestly if you do this make it different. All the Indians near my age I see that take care of themselves and aren’t slobs look exactly the same. Same hair cut, same facial hair, same body to an extent. The gym is not enough, the gym is never enough.

Would love the Rules to reach 10% body fat! Been building muscle for the past 2 years and I’m now Trying to shred myself 😂

I actually did 30 days without sugar once in my personal life. The first two weeks were the hardest. After the first week, I already started having a lot more energy throughout the day. Around the 3rd week, fruits like pineapples and oranges started tasting like candy. At the end of the month, I rewarded myself with a mountain dew, but I was only able to drink half the bottle before becoming sick.

@naev0

I quit sugar last year and life has been fantastic

@bensisarsky1720

I’m a marathon runner so I’d be curious how’d you would approach that one. Only thing is I assume you wouldn’t actually do Kipchoge’s mileage, would be a recipe for injury
