Just ran my first full marathon on Sunday and did a 4:09:28. Now I gotta get back on the training horse after having a chill week to recover for the race. I have to get back into getting to the park to run at 6AM basically every day that there’s good weather. It’s easier to keep going everyday, because then my appetite and food timing is the same, sleep pattern is the same.
