Looks like scotch bonnet but maybe a bit too flat? So I don't know. My favourite is the Trinidad pimento. Extremely flavorful and ramps up the taste of local food, and low on the heat so anyone can handle it (unless it cross pollinates with a hot pepper--then you're in trouble). My top 3: Trinidad pimento (aka in TT as seasoning pepper); scotch bonnet to bring the heat and flavour; bird pepper (bird chili).
