Hot take, i dont believe the Azor Hai prophecy is meant to or will come to pass. One of the most reoccurring themes in the books and the tv show is a cautionary tale of over obession with prophecy. Its been the downfall of Rhaegar, likely will be the fall of Stannis and Cersei. I think a large portion of the fan base who ask who is Azor Hai misses the point.
