Definitely cooler walks, as in the summer temperatures average 110 Fahrenheit where we live.

We live in Australia so we are in spring now. Recently 2 of my 5 dogs have been stung by bees in the lavender. No fun for them.

Mabel our miniature schnauzer definitely prefers cooler walks she has a serious heart condition as an old lady and a lovely more old age problems so anything to reduce the heart rate is great but she loves a walk, more of a stroll for the humans a jog for Mabel but hey she's at the end of her life so what do we expect her to be as fit as fiddle.

Eating acorns. I don’t love it but they do. And no it doesn’t hurt them.
