If, for any reason, I get flagged as underage on YouTube, and this update restricts posting—even though it claims otherwise—that will be when I quit. Even if I manage to avoid it, I might still decide to leave. I do not want to be associated with a company that requires ID due to mistakes made by their faulty AI system.

‪@YouTube‬, I understand the intention is to keep kids safe, but that responsibility should lie with parents, not corporations. Each family has different rules; for instance, my parents allowed me to play a game involving gang violence when I was 10 or 11 because they trusted me to act responsibly. I know kids who wouldn’t have that same freedom because their parents have stricter guidelines. What you CAN do to make this platform better is make better AI systems to delete comment bots, especially porn bots. I see those ALL the time. I don’t wanna see a comment where the profile picture is a girl with her ass facing the camera in her underwear, it’s NOT. It's bothering. You can also fix the system so people who didn't do anything wrong don’t get videos taken down, features taken away, etc. And so people who actually BRRAK the guidelines get punished. Also, fix copyright stuff. Please. If I can't continue to post on YouTube, I will find another platform, but if that doesn't work out, it could mark the end of my journey—a journey that feels very short and one that not many people cared about.

Additionally, the ID requirement is why, even if I had the capability, I wouldn’t download GTA 6, as I’ve heard it requires ID. Honestly, I’ve lost interest in that game anyway.
