Master of Reality and Sabotage are my two favorites,they were the heaviest in my opinion as well

I feel similarly to how Ozzy seemingly dislikes Sabotage. They were going through a lot of crap. So they probably look back negatively. But we all love it haha

John Lennon used to talk a lot of trash about tons of The Beatles songs, but we don't fucking care

I love the album. Children of the grave, Into the void, Lord of this world, Solitude... they are all beyond amazement.

On an earlier interview Ozzy said Children of Grave was one of his favorite songs. He's been playing it for decades.

@bazzturd9414

That was back in the day. Much later on he said the first 3 Sabbath albums are the best he’s ever done.

The album that spawned 100 genres. All their albums influenced hard rock of all types, but MoR contains the actual sounds that so many bands attempted to emulate or borrowed liberally from. I love it and like many, it's my favorite Sabbath album, along with Vol. 4

Master of Reality is quintessential Sabbath. I really don't know where he's coming from with this. Well. Can't help it if that's the way he feels. 🤷🏻‍

The comments he made about those albums in the seventies are very different from the comments he's made about those albums in the last 20 years

@evenbreakingeven

That's what many artists seem to say about their previous work when anticipating their next work

Master of, Vol 4, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - can never choose my favorite. Ozzy crazy that's one of his best

@Have-A-Cigarr

The production of MoR is so muddled, I’m not surprised Ozz said this.

I think the original lineup could say the same about all of their albums, given the chaos involved in making them, but when you're not involved in all those situations, you can deduce that they are masterpieces.
