I'll share how I use these forms

Balance Point 1️⃣ character and attitude
- knees bent for better mobility

- Weight distribution: Always more on one leg (e.g., 51% vs. 49%) 👉 Allows faster decision-making in freestyle (no extra weight shift needed)

🔹 Variations: narrow, standard and wide

🔴 Balance Point 2 (Details & Control)
- One leg forward, one leg back

- Used for small, controlled movements (isolations, bounces)

🔹 Variations: Heel-to-toe, heel-to-heel or wider stance

🔴 Balance Point 3 (Catch Your Balance)
- Recovery position when losing balance (cross leg back, shift weight)

- Helps stay in the dance after pushes, jumps, or power moves

🔹 Variations: On one leg, two legs, or dynamic entries
