2) Each new video will be followed by a Mental Health Check-In. This will be a livestream where comments, chat, and ads are turned off. I will gently guide viewers through mindfulness practices designed to help you feel centered and grounded.
My hope is that together we can collectively learn to slow down and be present. I invite you to join me and stay curious about how your life might change with a simple practice such as this.
