For me it's this idea. The thought that people find your videos, and they're not a return viewer, never seen you before, so your video's come off as dead serious and very direct/well edited, high value etc, then out of nowhere you randomly become completely incoherent for a moment, but then carry on like nothing happened, just puts a smile on my face. You gotta wonder what goes through that person's head when they see a grown man suddenly just do something silly, so for the sake of keeping that wonder alive, keep doing random bs, we love it.

Just use It like a spice in cooking. A full silly video of you marking silly noises with a flute might be a bit too much, but an interesting video, even a lazy video, with a bit of silliness here and there is perfect, and with that "sorry sorry" you can get away with pretty much anything.

I like the full gamut of your videos. The silly stuff almost gives me permission to go and make something, even if it’s not perfect. (Also, I would love to see you release that microphone testing song where you sampled yourself. That gets stuck right in my head!)
