I haven't been feeling well this past month.

I've come down with anxiety that just won't leave my mind - some days it's minimal, other days it's bad, and no amount of exercise or watching/listening of soothing YouTube content is helping me completely forget about it. I've told three people about my case, one of which being a doctor, and they assure what I've been doing for years is fine. Some days have left me sleep-deprived and with an upset stomach.

I'm likely just overthinking things, but I'm still so scared that what I fear might come to pass despite how tight-lipped I am on most things.

I feel you man. I, myself have been through those same things before. Especially with anxiety, health anxiety to be exact. My anxiety had physical symptoms for example, which caused me some insomnia as well and just overall not functional body as a whole, since hormones are not balanced and such. Reason for my anxiety was chest feelings, and that led me to believe that something was wrong with my heart and i thought i was gonna die. Truth is im fine, i have no health problems. I have played Hockey, nowadays i do kickboxing and go to gym. Either way, i just had stiff muscles on my back which resonated to my chest area. That also made my anxiety worse, and anxiety also affects in many ways to your body. Muscle stiffness, heart palpitations etc. And the more you think it, the sewere the anxiety goes, i know it from experience. But trust me on this one. Its just all in your head, its just in your head. You are not in real trouble. I dont know your origin of the anxiety, but its just shit caused by our mind aka worst enemies of us. Im down to talk with you, if you want and i could give you a few pointers. For example : Do mindfullness exercices, and do breathing exercices. Breathing calms the nervous system, which reduces the anxiety. DO NOT take pills, it will make you feel worse in the long run. Also the important factor : Time. Dont be hard on yourself, and you will lost likely fall over, but its all part of the healing process. You will eventually overcome the anxiety and you will feel better. Also i’ve never been diagnosed with anything medical condition. Except for ADD. I ment to type something more profound but i forgot as i wrote this 😂 Love your content man ❤️ - Your longtime fan I hope this helped you in someway

Ah yes now i remember. I used to constantly check for my pulse, and check out what was my heart beat. I always thought it was too high or too low, and i wasnt satisfied with any number. Even though its perfectly healthy. My point is, little by little it will get better, just take your time. Learn how to control the breathing, and eventually you will feel the decrease in your anxiety. I dont know the subject of your anxiety, but nonetheless these tips will help you. Try to relax and do things that makes you relaxed and that are dear to you. Try to have a healthy diet ( Sleep, nutrition ) if you use nicotine or caffeine, try to keep it at minimum. And im rambling, but i hope these helped you in some way.
