I tried to run a marathon with the Hardest Geezer this weekend in Africa with zero training 👀

Easily one of the most physically challenging things I've ever done and it was humbling to experience just a small slice of what Russ has been doing every day for the past year.

Congratulations Russ - the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa.
