If you do martial arts thats already enough cardio adding to that getting 10k steps a day you are good

I can't hit the gym due to Injury but I do go for daily jogs every morning to keep myself at least somewhat moving

1/2 hours on my stationary bike riding at stage 2 cardio while wathcing lectures, i would recommend it as a shredding startegy
